SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
Please call our office during regular business hours (8 am to 5 pm) to schedule a physician appointment or nurse visit. As we recognize both the patient’s time and the physician’s time is valuable, we make every attempt to be timely with appointments and ask that our patients do the same. There are times emergencies do arise with our physicians. If we are seriously delayed or have to close due to increment weather we make every attempt to notify patients beforehand.
CANCELLATIONS
We respectfully ask that you notify the clinic 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel.
MEDICATION REFILLS
Please contact your pharmacy for your medication refill. Medication refills will be filled within 72 hours of notification to clinic from Pharmacy. Medication refills should be handled during normal weekday business hours and not after-hours if at all possible.
AFTER HOURS & EMERGENCIES
If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room. If there is a non-life threatening emergency that cannot wait until the next business day. Please call 866.795.4518 to reach an on call provider after-hours and on weekends.
